REAL WOMEN WITH REAL EXPERIENCE!
Adrienne is the Owner and Lead Esthetician of Destination Gleaux.
She is a Registered Nurse of 10 years and a 2018 graduate of The Aveda Institute where she received her diploma in Esthiology.
Adrienne’s work at the spa is centered around corrective treatments for clients with skin of color who are suffering from challenging cases of acne, hyperpigmentation, eczema and rosacea. She is extremely passionate about helping others enhance their natural skin and building their confidence while doing so.
Aside from being “The Gleaux Guru,” Adrienne was named in December 2020 an Amazon Best Selling Author for her written body of work in Cosmo Chronicles: The Business Behind Beauty. In Cosmo Chronicles, Adrienne documents her journey to entrepreneurship and how she’s managed success as a spa owner in less than two years.
Jada is our full time Licensed Massage Therapist. She studied Kinesiology at Southern University and A&M College and is a 2020 graduate of Medical Training College. Jada originates from Patterson, LA but has been a longtime resident of Baton Rouge since childhood. Her favorite services to perform are sports and deep tissue massages. She absolutely LOVES her athletes. She is also soon enrolling in the Colorado School of Animal Massage to add animal massage therapy to her list of certifications. Nothing like a well rounded practitioner who can do it all, right?! When she isn’t swamped stretching and massaging, you can usually find her painting or enjoying a good game of pool.
Tydeea (or Ty as we affectionately call her around the spa) is another full time Licensed Esthetician here at Destination Gleaux. She is a 2021 graduate of The Aveda Institute in New Orleans. Ty also has a Communications Rhetoric Bachelor’s Degree from The University Of Pittsburgh. She’s our east coast girl we’ve adopted in the south. Ty was born and raised in Philly but became a Louisianan after visiting for Mardi Gras one year. The gumbo, beignets, and hand grenades held her hostage. Some cool facts about Ty is she's a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and you can also find her bartending at some of your favorite NOLA spots when she's not in the treatment room.
Shauna is our customer service assistant here at Destination Gleaux. She was born and raised right here in Baton Rouge. Shauna has been a virtual assistant since 2020. Her expertise lies in servicing women entrepreneurs. Shauna also has nine years experience in corporate lending and has an eye for solutions that will increase income. She is a wife, a mother of one son and enjoys trying new restaurants, music and taking quick weekend getaways when she is not assisting her amazing clients.
